What is collected. To create a reading I need your full birth name, date of birth and, for chart readings, your time and place of birth. Payhip, which handles checkout, holds your order details under its own privacy policy.
How it is used. Your details are used only to calculate and write your reading. They are not sold, shared or used for marketing.
Where it is kept. Your details are saved in your own browser so your reading can be created after checkout. They are sent to my server only to build your PDF and are not stored there, and neither is the PDF. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, in line with POPIA and the GDPR.
What a reading is. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not predict events. Please don’t make important decisions on the strength of a reading alone.
Refunds. Each reading is created personally from your details, so readings can’t be returned once created. If you entered a detail wrongly, reply to your order email and I’ll help. If your reading could not be created, reply to your order email and I’ll fix it or refund you.
Personal use. Your reading is for your own use and may not be resold or republished.
